Office manager

As a organization during an event you most likely book a organisation room. Your staff or press is walking in and out. The Office Manager ensures that the area remains clean, ensures that the catering is in order, handles printer operations, looking for you and your employees great nightlife tips, book your restaurant for the evening and most important 'guards' your belongings and the room.

Organization- or Production assistant

The Organization assistant can perform the same function as the Office Manager, but will also be found on the floor. Our Lady feels like a 'spider in the web', assists in welcoming speakers and artists, pays attention to details such as signage, announcements or workshops-sheets on the doors, instructs runners to re-fill brochures, keep schedules in mind.
