On behalf of Totem, we regularly provided hostesses to supervise a conference for KPN customers.
They took care of the reception in the renovated building in Rotterdam, without proper instruction.
By using their own initiative and their experiences, they have collected business cards from new non-registered visitors.
With this they think along with the customer. After all, these can be important leads.
They also provided information, ensured that the workshop sessions started on time, and therefore kept the change well under control
and afterwards they had the visitors fill out a short evaluation. Obviously an important feedback for the organization to do even better next time
than the 8, 9 and 10s they already received.
And annually Digital Dutch. A large event with hundreds of guests per day.
