Tasks you can consider:
* Point of contact on the floor: Assists in welcoming speakers and artists, pays attention to details such as signage, workshop announcements on the doors, etc.
Assigns runners to fill out brochures, and monitors schedules.
* Planning and agenda management: Scheduling and checking appointments, keeping agendas up to date.
* Meeting organization: Prepares meetings, reserves rooms, arranges catering, and prepares presentations.
* Project support: Monitors deadlines, follows up on appointments, and gathers information.
Organization Assistant Nanicha traveled to the Postillion Hotel in Rotterdam, located right next to the WTC.
The guests of the Global Maritime Week conference were staying at the hotel and could access their conference room in the WTC through an indoor entrance. The rest of the large event hall was empty.
She provided one-on-one support to the organizers by maintaining a tight schedule of speeches, linking planned meetings between participants and exhibitors,
with registration, answering questions, checking on lunch, contacting hotel staff, and so on.

Anneke worked for two days at the Marriott Hotel in Rotterdam for the Green Shipping Summit meeting.
She assisted the organizers one-on-one with registration, ensuring the program ran smoothly, held the microphone during the Q&A sessions, and was happy to act as a photographer.
